যদিও সময় বড়ো রুক্ষ্ম মায়াহীণ
ভালোবাসা খুঁজে ফেরে ঘর
আমরা চলেছি এক আলোকলগ্ণ পথে
রোদ্দুর সীমানার পর!
অপূর্ব সব ঘটনার সারি
ঘটে যাওয়া ঘটনার ধুলো ওড়া
বেদনায় সুখে জড়াজড়ি
ভালোলাগা, মনে পড়া
সময় হারিয়ে যায়, থেকে যায় স্মৃতি
মনের গভীর গোপনে
বরষার বিস্মৃত অভিপ্রায়
রৌদ্র দহণে ।।

Though time is very rough and tough
the love searches for a room
We are treading the path of light
After the border of sun!
A nexus of beautiful events
the dust of past afloats
the melancholic delight entwines
remembers the likeness
all get lost, remains the memories
secretly in the depths of mind
the forgetful monsoon 's desire
in the blazing sun.
